Greetings,

I am working in Raya Contact Center Gulf FZ LLC located in Tecom Area in Dubai Outsource Zone. First I was an employee of Cupola Teleservices located in the same area, my visa started from July 2016 to July 2019. In Dec 2016, I transferred my employment to Raya Contact Center Gulf FZ LLC. It was an internal transfer. I did not go out & came back with the new visa. My new employer returned my passport with their visa stamped & previous visa cancelled but the visa & Emirates ID validity remained the same.

Now its June 2019 & no notice or anything is informed to me. Does it mean company is going to renew my visa? Or they can ask me to leave anytime and not renew my visa after it expires on July 16th, 2019? In the contract one month advance notice is mentioned prior to resigning or the termination of the contract.

Please guide. Awaiting your precious & prompt response.

hi sir .can u guide .out of dubai for 180 day now in india have resident visa expiry on may 2022 . healt not good .will come in december 2020. what is process .
