ReplyDeleteGood am sir, i am working in a goverment company. Our supervisor is collecting money from us to cover up for the shortage of our store. We are willing to pay. But we just want to know if do we really have to pay for the shortage of our store. And beside they are collecting money to all the staff without giving us or showing us the copy / list of the shortages that we need to pay. They just want us to pay without us checking if the items are really short. The first time they ask money they didnt even give any receipt of payment they not even posted where the money of the staffs goes. May i also ask if theres a need of formal memo coming from our head office that we are obliged to pay for these. Thank you.
ReplyDeleteif my salary is AED 8000 what should be the basic salry as dubai low
ReplyDeleteThe sad thing is that employers exploit their employees and give them very low salary and gives them a ton of workload. The reality is that when an persevere employee works he works 5 or more job title yet he/she is not compensated well. Another sad scenario is that when an Asian Professional (especially Filipinos) compared to other Nationality, their salary is very low yet their workload is more that of their other nationality counterparts, yet their designation is the same. The government should have a more strict rule to implement this so called salary range and salary dispersion. I am experiencing myself that my salary is released thru Money exhacnge company and sometimes released partially (4 times or more) and I am even shouldering the Service fee of that exchange which is AED 21 every time my employer transfer which is a big deduction to my very low salary. Sad thing is that the Government is not monitoring these anomalies that employers are doing to their employees. Another sad thing is that when employees complain, their complain is being turned around and these low employees loose thair jobs as well.
