The new context will secure worker (employee) rights in the private sectors and will also reduce the burdens on employers (companies).

New Strategy will allow companies and businesses to recover approximately 14 billion Dirhams, (current guarantees paid by companies) which will enable companies to further invest in the development of their business.

Overstay People and No Entry Stamp on Passport:
In the new context, the Cabinet adopted a decision to grant expats overstaying their visa another chance to leave the country voluntarily without a "no entry" passport stamp.
As for Individuals who entered the United Arab Emirates illegally, they will have the chance to leave voluntarily with a "no entry" stamp for 2 years given that they provide a valid return ticket.

Decision 1 is super awesome for those who are living illegally in UAE. (Admin).

Another positive decision taken by UAE Cabinet is 6 Months Visa for Job seekers.
Yes new 6-month visa will be introduced for job seekers who overstayed their visa but wish to work in the country.
This temporary 6 months visa enhances the UAE's position as a land of opportunities and a country for talents and professionals.

Excellent opportunity to get a call for job for those who are inside UAE but overstayed and want to work in UAE, (Admin).

In/Out, Visa Renewal, Leaving and Re-entering Country:
Equally, another step aimed at simplifying the important process and easing the financial burden on residents wishing to adjust or renew their visa, they can now do so for a fee without having to leave and re-enter the country.

Best one for those who are low in budget (Admin).

Replacing Bank Guarantee System:
UAE Cabinet announces decision to replace mandatory bank guarantee (deposit of 3000 AED) for labours recruitment and replace it with a low-cost insurance system. The new system aims to achieve a wider coverage of Labour rights and entitlements for the workers. The value of the insurance policy in the new system is Just 60 AED per year for each worker and covers the workers' entitlements in terms of end of service benefits, vacation allowance, overtime allowance, unpaid salaries, worker's return air tickets and cases of work accidents such as injuries etc, in which the insurance coverage amounts to 20,000 AED for each worker.

Cool decision, this will help small companies to grow. (Admin).

Extension was not that easy and Cheap, Thanks His Highness (Admin).
