  11. Hi,

I would like to inquire regarding the visa status of my wife. Her residence visa is under my sponsorship but she needs to go back home for her pregnancy last January 19, 2016. But the visa will expire this June 9,2016. Does the visa and her Emirates will automatically cancelled? I am planning to take her back with the baby this August. Do I need to cancel her visa before applying her for the new visa for her entry this August?

    thanks in advance

I am new residence in Dubai, in 7.2.17 I have applied visa for my wife, at the same time she was in Dubai with visit visa and in typist center I paid (inside the country fee: 650AED). till now I dint received sms from dnrd. After 3 days her visit visa will be expired, I don’t know can she stay in Dubai or she must leave the country.
Today the travel agency (Kafil) told me: "she must leave the country, if she overstays, residence visa will be reject and we will issue the Belagh letter" is he right?
    Please let me know:
    1. She must leave or I can extent
    2. If she overstay (just 2 weeks) it has bad impact on new residence visa? Also I know I should pay fines.
    3. And what is Belagh Letter?
