No Fines for Residence Visa Holders until End of the Year 2020


Great News for UAE Residence visa holders. No Fine on Expired UAE Residence visas until end of Year 2020, says Sheikh Mohammed.



His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, on Sunday announced the decision to cancel fines for residence visa holders until the end of the year.



The decision was announced during the cabinet meeting he chaired today.



It means people living in UAE or residence visas are exempted from overstay fines until end of this year, more updates on this new decision will be shared soon on our page, stay home but stay tuned.

  2. Am on 8 months tourist overstay. Please i beg in the name of Allah i want this fine to be waived so that i can stay and work like others. I so much love this country and am not planning to leave. I will also want to bring my wife and kids here if i establish my stay here.

  3. Assalamualaikum warahmatulah wabarakhatu. I'm immensely requesting for those cancelled visa also inside UAE will waive the overstay fines after grace period.. We will all struggled in this pandemic situation. Please...we don't know where we will get money to change our status.. We supposedly get our new job after cancellation but company cannot issue visas at this moment..please help us..

  4. Greetings of the day ,
    Sir my resident visa was canclled on april 13th
    Canslation date is valid till 12th of may
    If i stay here after 12th of may should i pay over stay fine or not ?
