On the 21st of January 2019 I was told...Hi there. <br /><br />On the 21st of January 2019 I was told as my probation was coming to an end. I have two choices. I can either except a salary cut of 38% or my contract will not be made permanent. <br /><br />So I accepted the terms and kept my Job. But until today I have not signed anything pertaining this. <br /><br />And for the last 4 months I have received my reduced salary. <br /><br />I would like to know if there is anything untoward about this and do I have a claim to have my original salary reinstated?
