  2. Changing a visa after completing a contract is not an issue, you will not face any ban if you successfully completed your First Visa Contract.
If you didn't completed it be aware from Ban because leaving a job without completing a contract will cause an automatic band for 6 months from MOL.

  6. Hi Good day, I am currently working in a free zone company with a contract period of 3 years. I have planned to resign my job after completing 2 years (in next 2 months) and go back to my home country, should I resign counting 2 years from my joining date or from the visa stamped date (because my visa is stamped after a month of my joining). Thank you.
